Abstract submission for ILASS Europe 2023 has been re-opened for authors who are interested to a poster presentation only.
Work in progress posters (max 1 page abstract – no paper). Only work in progress poster presentations (there will be no selection by the Scientific Committee if submitted for this route). Title and authors will be visible in the conference program in the poster session section. They will be not considered for awards and special issues but included in the conference proceedings in a special section. Deadline: 30 June 2023
PAPER PREPARATION and SUBMISSION
There is not a template for WiP submissions but the format is free. Please send an abstract (max 1 page) to the email ilasseurope@stems.cnr.it . The abstract must include title and authors information (with authors’ affiliations) with a description of the WiP content (min length 200 words).
Maximum File Size allowed is 10 MB and the file format is Adobe PDF (.pdf) without encryption and/or passwords.
Please note that Presenter’s conference registration (for poster presentations) is mandatory to have the papers included in the conference program and in the proceedings. In absence of a registration, paper will be removed from the conference program and from the proceedings.
Deadline for Early Registration is May 15, 2023
